I was lucky to have landed an internship with Aramark.  One of their accounts is at American University where I attend undergraduate school, so I reached out to them and successfully got an internship working with the Registered Dietician there, Jo-Ann Jolly.  This was an amazing experience, and I have gotten to meet some incredible people.  Not only have I networked throughout the company, but I have gained much experience working in higher education with one of the top food companies.  On this page you can find some projects I have done with Aramark.
